RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-returnable items: Final sale, personalized, perishable, and digital items are not returnable.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same item or a different size/color if available. If the new item costs more, we’ll send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll approve the refund and issue it to your original payment method via Razorpay. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval.
Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
